  nttmecl can't distribute kanji news articles.  I would like
to get help from those who have experiences in the installation
of news system.

  We can distribute kanji articles in news locally (within nttmecl).
  When we want to distribute them to network wide (via kddlab, titcca,  )
  ESCs drop out.  
   What's wrong ?

== What we have done: ==
  Our news version in B.2.10.2  (got from jun@titan).
  inews program is modified to incorporate ESC sequence.

== What we need: ==
  Your help to recover from this situation.  We want to post kanji articles
 to junet.
  And, according to the previous survey (survey@nttmecl), some other
 sites have same kinds of trouble.  We have to establish the methods to
 circulate kanji articles in junet.
